SpaceX Super Intelligence (SpaceXSI).

SpaceXSI is the AI arm of SpaceX and the developer of Grok. SpaceX completed its acquisition of X.AI Holdings Corp. on Feb 2, 2026. In SpaceX's SEC reporting, the Super Intelligence segment covers “a frontier LLM Grok, SI-assisted software engineering platform Cursor, and real-time information… platform X”.

SpaceXSI released Grok 4.7 on Sep 21, 2026 and calls it its “most powerful model for coding and knowledge work”.
